RESIDENTIAL CHILDREN’S IN NAVJEEVAN KOLKATA AND PANDUA NAVJEEVAN
There are 34 residential children in Navjeevan Kolkata and 16 are in Pandua Navjeevan – extended study centre of Navjeevan Kolkata.
PRATYASHA NON FORMAL EDUCATION CENTRES
Any girl child from the slum between the age of 5 to 15 who desire to study and build up their future are admitted to Pratyasha, at any part of the year. We coach them up and admit them to regular schools. We do provide them with good nutritious meal every day. At present Pratyasha serves 130 girl children with education and food.
VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR GIRLS
We have a vocational training center for the school drop outs and young women of the slum to come and learn skills so that they can make their living. At the end of the course they are awarded with a certificate.
COMPUTER CLASSES
On Saturdays basic computer and spoken English classes are taken by the TCS group of volunteers for the young girls.

We have taken up the 500 families of the Park Circus Slum for the overall development especially with Education, health care and family counselling.
